Questions

What people ask before they start.

How much does personal training cost?

It depends on how long your sessions are, how often you train and whether you train alone or with a partner. All the rates are on our pricing page, and we go through the options at your free No-Sweat Intro, with nothing to sign that day.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

No. Most people start after a long break, with an old injury, or after giving up on another gym. Your first sessions are built from where you are today.

How often should I train?

Two sessions a week is a common starting point. Your coach will recommend what fits your goal, your schedule and your recovery, and adjust it as you go.

Can I train with my partner or a friend?

Yes. Small group personal training runs from two people up to six. Same coach, individual programming for each person, and a shared cost.

I have an injury. Can you still train me?

Usually, yes. Megan, our physiotherapist, and Taylor, our certified athletic therapist, work in the same building. Your coach plans around what they find, and if you need treatment first we will tell you.
