Why people from Stittsville train here

Calm room. Planned hour. Long game.

A coach every session

Your hour is written before you walk in and coached while you are in it. You never have to work out what comes next.

A room built for adults

Small groups, nothing to line up for, nobody performing. Two people side by side can be doing very different versions of the same lift.

Rehab under the same roof

When something hurts, the physiotherapist or athletic therapist is in the building and talks to your coach.

Stittsville

Built here, for people who live here.

Between The Bumpers started in 2017 in a Stittsville garage, then moved into the barn on the Sabourin family farm on Fernbank Road a year later. It is still family run, and most of the people training here live a few minutes away.

Members come from every corner of town, from Blackstone, Fernbank Crossing and Jackson Trails to Poole Creek Village, Amberwood and Fairwinds, and from the village core. Many of them drop kids off, commute to Kanata or downtown, and fit an hour in on the way.

★★★★★A friendly, supportive environment where I can challenge myself without judgment. The on-ramp identified the areas I needed to work on, and I am already noticing real improvements.Shaun, Canadian Armed Forces veteran
