Why people from Kanata train here

Calm room. Planned hour. Long game.

A coach every session

Your hour is written before you walk in and coached while you are in it. You never have to work out what comes next.

A room built for adults

Small groups, nothing to line up for, nobody performing. Two people side by side can be doing very different versions of the same lift.

Rehab under the same roof

When something hurts, the physiotherapist or athletic therapist is in the building and talks to your coach.

Kanata

Worth the extra few minutes.

Kanata has no shortage of big gyms. What it does not have is a converted barn where every hour is planned and coached, the groups stay small, and a physiotherapist and an athletic therapist work down the hall from your coach.

If you work in Kanata North or commute downtown, sessions start at 6 am and run until 7 pm Monday to Thursday, so training fits before work or on the way home.

★★★★★A friendly, supportive environment where I can challenge myself without judgment. The on-ramp identified the areas I needed to work on, and I am already noticing real improvements.Shaun, Canadian Armed Forces veteran

Questions

What people from Kanata ask first.

How far is it from Kanata?

About ten minutes from Bridlewood and Kanata South, and a little longer from Kanata Lakes and Kanata North. We are at 6511 Fernbank Road, with free parking at the door.

Why drive past gyms closer to home?

Because the hour is different here: a coach writes and runs every session, the groups stay small, and rehab is in the same building. The free No-Sweat Intro is the easiest way to decide if that is worth the drive for you.

Can I train before or after work?

Yes. We open at 6 am and run until 7 pm Monday to Thursday, 6 pm on Friday, and 9 am to noon on Saturday.

What does it cost?

It depends on how you train: personal training, small group or classes. We go through every option at your free No-Sweat Intro, with nothing to sign that day.

Your neighbours already train here.
