Work with Megan Wallenius, MSc — a registered physiotherapist embedded in our gym. Assess, treat, and train in the same space. Ideal for chronic pain, post-surgical rehab, and injury recovery.
Work with Taylor Baird, CAT(C) — a certified athletic therapist and former varsity athlete. Specializing in sports injuries, return-to-sport, and injury prevention with gym-integrated rehab.
Jump into one of our small-group training sessions for adults or youth. Meet the team, see the facility, and experience BTB with zero commitment. Just show up, move, and see if it feels right.
