Per your agreement, you can pause your recurring bi-weekly membership for any reason, 1x per calendar year for group class memberships, and multiple times per year for personal training and semi-private training memberships.
Submit hold requests at least five (3) business days before your next renewal.
Late requests may process after the upcoming renewal.
All membership fees are non-refundable.
Holds can range from 15 to 90 days.
After your selected hold period, your membership will automatically resume with regular payments.
For membership cancellations during the hold or reactivations afterward, standard terms in your agreement, including potential rate changes, apply.
Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership. Please refer to our Membership Agreement for specific details on cancellation policies and any associated fees. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring the best fitness experience for you.
-Cancellations require a 14-day notice.
-If you request a cancellation today, the effective date will be 14 days from now.
-If you submit a cancellation beyond the 14-day notice period, it will take effect on the day of your request.
-If your cancellation falls within an active billing cycle (e.g., you set your cancellation on March 5th and your billing period is from March 1st-14th), you'll still have gym access until the end of that cycle, which in this example would be March 14th.

At Between The Bumpers (BTB), we utilize several apps to ensure our members have the best experience possible. Each app serves a unique purpose, from scheduling and tracking workouts to handling billing and personal training. This guide will walk you through how and when to use each app, so you can make the most of your membership.
We use three main apps to help manage your fitness journey. Here’s a breakdown of what each one does:
Zenplanner is our primary app for managing your membership. It handles billing, class reservations, and membership documents.
Reserve and cancel classes.
View and sign membership documents.
Update billing information.
Viewing the group class workouts of the day.
Download the app:
Log in using the email and password you used when signing up at BTB.
Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot Password” link
Since we cap the number of attendees in each class to ensure safety and quality, reserving your spot is a must! If a class is full and you don’t have a reservation, unfortunately, we won’t be able to let you in.
Log in to your Zenplanner account.
Select the class you’d like to attend.
Tap “Reserve.”
Done! Your spot is secured.
We recommend using a smartphone for this process whenever possible.

Can’t make it to class? Please cancel your reservation at least one hour before the class starts. Canceling as early as possible allows waitlisted members to snag your spot and get to the gym on time.
How to Cancel:

Find the class you reserved.
Tap “Cancel.”
TrueCoach is exclusively for personal training or rehab members.
View your personalized training plans.
Access your rehab program.
Download the app:
Log in using the credentials provided by your coach.
Jane App is exclusively for booking therapy appointments (physical therapy, athletic therapy, physiotherapy, and massage).
