This guide explains how to use the new features in the Zen Planner app to sync your personal training and one-on-one appointments with your personal calendar.

Accessing Appointments:

  • Open the Zen Planner app and navigate to your profile.

  • Tap on the "Appointments" section to view all your future personal training or one-on-one appointments with staff members.

Adding Appointments to Your Calendar:

  • Tap the appointment icon to view details such as date, time, coach, and location.

  • Click the "Add to Calendar" button at the bottom to add the appointment to your personal calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, iCalendar).

Automating the Process:

  • Tap the gear icon in the top right hand corner.

  • Choose "Add Device Calendar" and select your personal calendar.

  • Enable the "Automatic Add Reservation" feature to automatically sync all Zen Planner appointments with your personal calendar.

  • By following these steps, your Zen Planner appointments will seamlessly integrate with your personal calendar, making it easier to manage your schedule.
