Mondays & Thursdays | 6:05–6:55 PM
This is the perfect “first gym experience” for middle schoolers. Our classes are 100% kid-focused: high-energy games, beginner-friendly strength training, team challenges, and plenty of laughs. Kids learn how to move properly, get stronger, and — most importantly — actually look forward to working out.
Parents tell us their kids come home happier, more confident, and begging to go back. Whether your child wants to get ready for spring sports, shake off winter laziness, or just have something active to do with friends, this program delivers.
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 3:30–4:30 PM
High school is tough. Between classes, part-time jobs, and social pressure, many teens are stressed, tired, and de-conditioned.
Our high school program is different. It’s not just “lifting weights.” It’s a coach-led environment where teens learn:
