But between homework, screens, and busy family schedules, it’s easy for physical activity to fall to the bottom of the list.
That’s where Between The Bumpers (BTB Fitness) comes in. We’re proud to offer two youth programs that are specifically designed for middle and high school students — and they’re already making a huge difference for local families.
Mondays & Thursdays | 6:05–6:55 PM
This is the perfect “first gym experience” for middle schoolers. Our classes are 100% kid-focused: high-energy games, beginner-friendly strength training, team challenges, and plenty of laughs. Kids learn how to move properly, get stronger, and — most importantly — actually look forward to working out.
Parents tell us their kids come home happier, more confident, and begging to go back. Whether your child wants to get ready for spring sports, shake off winter laziness, or just have something active to do with friends, this program delivers.
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 3:30–4:30 PM
High school is tough. Between classes, part-time jobs, and social pressure, many teens are stressed, tired, and de-conditioned.
Our high school program is different. It’s not just “lifting weights.” It’s a coach-led environment where teens learn:
How to train safely and effectively (no more guessing on YouTube)
Injury-prevention basics that protect growing bodies
Real confidence that comes from getting stronger every week
Discipline and mental toughness that spills over into school and life
Athletes get the edge they need for their sport. Non-athletes discover a healthy outlet that replaces endless scrolling with something they can feel proud of.
