At Between The Bumpers, we’ve always believed that fitness is bigger than workouts.
It’s about community.
It’s about showing up for each other.
And sometimes—it’s about doing something a little uncomfortable, together.
On Saturday, May 23 at 11:00 AM, we’re bringing all of that together for a special event in partnership with Ritual.
We’re hosting a Cold Plunge Fundraiser Event right here at BTB.
Ritual will be setting up and running a guided cold plunge experience, giving you the chance to:
Try cold exposure in a safe, supported environment
Push your comfort zone
Experience the physical and mental benefits firsthand
Whether it’s your first plunge or you’re already a fan, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself in a fun, community-driven setting.
This event is about more than cold plunges.
We’re raising funds to support Natasha Dilkie's upcoming show jumping season—helping her pursue something she’s passionate about at a high level.
It’s a chance for our community to rally around one of our own and make a real impact.
We’re also using this event as a way to open our doors and bring more people into the BTB community.
You can expect:
A welcoming, low-pressure environment
Local vendors (coffee, food, and more)
A chance to meet new people and connect
If you’ve ever wanted to check out BTB—or bring a friend who’s been on the fence—this is the perfect opportunity.
Cold exposure has been gaining traction for a reason.
While it’s not magic, many people find it helps with:
Building mental resilience
Improving recovery
Increasing energy and focus
But more than anything—it’s a simple, powerful way to practice doing hard things.
And doing it alongside others makes it even better.
Date: Saturday, May 23
Time: 11:00 AM (late morning into early afternoon)
Location: Between The Bumpers Fitness
Who It’s For: Members, friends, family, and anyone in the community
You don’t need to be a member.
You don’t need experience.
You just need to show up.
Bring a friend, grab a coffee, take the plunge (literally), and be part of something bigger.
We’ll see you on May 23.
