Megan holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London and brings hands-on experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at BTB. Now practicing as a Resident Physiotherapist in Ottawa, Megan specializes in helping busy professionals get out of pain and youth athletes recover from injury, guiding them back to peak performance efficiently and effectively.

12-Week Session: The full program runs from September 18th to December 11th, meeting every Wednesday evening. Please note, there will be two weeks off in November (dates to be confirmed).
