On Saturday, May 23 at 11:00 AM, we’re hosting a special Cold Plunge Fundraiser Event at BTB in partnership with Ritual.
A guided cold plunge experience in a safe, supportive environment
A chance to push your comfort zone and experience the benefits firsthand
Local vendors, coffee, food, and a welcoming community atmosphere
This event is also helping raise funds for Natasha Dilkie’s upcoming show jumping season, giving our community a chance to support one of our own.
Whether it’s your first plunge or you already love cold exposure, this is a great chance to challenge yourself, connect with others, and be part of something meaningful.
