At Between The Bumpers, we’ve always believed that fitness is bigger than workouts.

It’s about community.
It’s about showing up for each other.
And sometimes—it’s about doing something a little uncomfortable, together.

On Saturday, May 23 at 11:00 AM, we’re bringing all of that together for a special event in partnership with Ritual.


❄️ What’s Happening

We’re hosting a Cold Plunge Fundraiser Event right here at BTB.

Ritual will be setting up and running a guided cold plunge experience, giving you the chance to:

  • Try cold exposure in a safe, supported environment

  • Push your comfort zone

  • Experience the physical and mental benefits firsthand

Whether it’s your first plunge or you’re already a fan, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself in a fun, community-driven setting.


❤️ The Bigger Purpose

This event is about more than cold plunges.

We’re raising funds to support Natasha Dilkie's upcoming show jumping season—helping her pursue something she’s passionate about at a high level.

It’s a chance for our community to rally around one of our own and make a real impact.

We’re also using this event as a way to open our doors and bring more people into the BTB community.

You can expect:

  • A welcoming, low-pressure environment

  • Local vendors (coffee, food, and more)

  • A chance to meet new people and connect
