Sports teams and clubs

Youth, high school, university and adult teams

  • Dryland and strength blocks written for the sport, the age group and the calendar
  • Speed, power and change of direction on top of a proper strength base
  • Landing, cutting and deceleration work that keeps knees and ankles in the game
  • In-season sessions kept short and sharp, so they feed the games instead of stealing from them

Built around your calendar

The block changes when the season does.

A team block is not a boot camp. It follows the schedule your athletes already live by, and the coach adjusts it as games, tournaments and exams land.

Off-seasonBuild

The biggest strength and speed gains of the year. More volume, more learning, heavier lifting once technique is there.

Pre-season and tryoutsSharpen

Power, first-step speed and conditioning that matches the sport, peaking for the dates that matter.

In seasonHold

Shorter, lighter sessions that keep what was built and keep athletes healthy through playoffs.

  1. A call with the coachSport, ages, roster size, dates and anything going around the roster. You get a written quote and a sample week.
  2. One online sign-in per athleteWaiver, health questions and parent consent for minors, done on a phone before the first session. No clipboards on night one.
  3. Coached sessions, every timeYour athletes are coached on every rep, by staff who know the plan and the players.
Who coaches your team

A former pro, and an athletic therapist down the hall.

Team blocks are led by Myles, with Taylor on injuries. When an athlete tweaks something, they do not sit out for a month waiting for an appointment: Taylor sees it, treats it, and tells Myles what they can still do.

How pricing works

One price for the session, not for every athlete.

Per sessionFor the whole team

You pay for the coached hour, not by the head, so a bigger roster brings the cost per athlete down.

Longer blocksCost less per session

A single clinic costs the most. Book a season and the per-session rate drops, and long-term contracts are negotiable.

Club or familiesWhoever pays

We invoice the club, or each family pays its share. We set it up the way your team already handles fees.

Workplace programs are quoted on headcount, format and frequency.

Questions

Coaches and managers ask these.

Do athletes need a BTB membership?

No. Team athletes sign in once online (waiver, health questions, parent consent for minors) and that is it. There is no membership and nothing to cancel at the end of the season.

Can you come to our facility?

Yes. We coach at fields, school gyms and arenas, or your team trains in our barn at 6511 Fernbank Road in Stittsville. Some teams do both: in our barn in the off-season, at the rink once the season starts.

What ages do you coach?

Youth, high school, university and adult teams. Younger athletes get age-appropriate work that is mostly movement quality, landing and speed, with loading built up over time.

What happens when an athlete gets hurt?

Taylor, our certified athletic therapist, assesses and treats without a referral, and Megan, our physiotherapist, is in the same building. The athlete gets a modified plan for team sessions instead of sitting on the bench, and many benefit plans cover the treatment.

Can we start mid-season?

Yes. An in-season block is shorter and lighter, aimed at holding strength and staying healthy. Then we plan the off-season properly.

Do you work with workplaces too?

Yes. Private group sessions, staff access to our coached adult classes, or a one-time workshop. Pick "A workplace" at the top of the form.

Your season is already on the calendar.

Send the details and a coach gets back to you within one business day with a plan and a price.
