BTB Teams of Two Competition: Join Us for an Unforgettable Fitness Challenge!

We are excited to announce the Between The Bumpers In-House Competition, taking place on Saturday, August 31st at BTB Fitness! This unique event promises a thrilling mix of classic functional fitness workouts and farm-inspired challenges, all designed to test your strength, endurance, and teamwork.

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, August 31st, 2024

Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: Between The Bumpers, 6511 Fernbank, Stittsville, Ontario K2S 1B6 CA

Format: Teams of two (Male/Male & Female/Female pairings)

Competition

Workout Descriptions:

Workout 1: "Run-Bale-Run" 800m Hay Bale Run

A challenging run with hay bale obstacles, testing your strength and stamina. You and your partner will perform a relay style run with hay bale obstacles, and a penalty for choosing to bypass the hay bales!

Workout 2: Skip The Dishes

Competitive Division: Double unders, handstand push-ups, box jump overs, synchro alternating dumbbell snatches, and synchro bar-facing burpees.

Intermediate Division: Double unders, hand-release push-ups, box get-overs, synchro alternating dumbbell snatches, and synchro bar-facing burpees.

Beginner Division: Single unders, incline box push-ups, box get-overs, synchro alternating dumbbell hang snatches, and synchro bar-facing burpees.

Workout 3: Clean Ladder

Competitive Division: Squat clean ladder up to 185 lbs for men and 125 lbs for women.

Intermediate Division: Clean ladder up to 165 lbs for men and 115 lbs for women.

Beginner Division: Goblet box squats up to 55 lbs for men and 40 lbs for women.

Workout 4: Partner Parlay

Competitive Division: Rowing, walking lunges, toes-to-bar, transitioning into a max set of wall balls while the partner performs a dead hang.

Intermediate Division: Rowing, walking lunges, toes above hips, transitioning into a max set of wall balls while the partner performs a dead hang.

Beginner Division: Rowing, walking lunges, knees above hips, transitioning into a max set of wall balls while the partner performs a dead hang.

This competition is designed for all fitness levels, ensuring a challenging yet fun experience for everyone. Whether you're aiming to push your limits in the competitive division or just want to have fun in the beginner division, there’s a place for you.

Registration Information:

Paying for 1 Partner Rate (50%): $84.75

Paying for Both Partners Rate (100%): $169.50
