Program Highlights
Free Introductory Class: Kickstart your journey on September 11th at 6:15 PM with a complimentary session to experience the benefits firsthand.
12-Week Session: The full program runs from September 18th to December 11th, meeting every Wednesday evening. Please note, there will be two weeks off in November (dates to be confirmed).
